With a customized practice, you can drill straight to your own needs and intentions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, pain, or feeling stuck, we can create a practice just for you. Maybe you seek more self-compassion, contentment, or love in your life. Maybe you’d like to convene with a specific Goddess or animal spirit in your practice. We can integrate all of it. 

Nidra is a practice of guided sleep. It is said that 15 minutes of Nidra feels like 1 hour of sleep. Research has shown that it helps alleviate (and in some case reverse) symptoms associated to anxiety, depression, insomnia, and can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol. It also supports weight loss and better overall wellbeing by improving the functioning of the nervous system and endocrine system. Practiced lying down or seated, it can last anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes and includes intention setting, somatic (body) systematic release, visualisations, breath work. Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra.
