The beginning of the year calls for some rest and intention-setting. It’s time to celebrate the past year’s breakthroughs and look to the year ahead.
Together, we will rest and tap into our heartfelt desires to set intentions for 2018. When intentions are truly meaningful to us, we naturally move in their direction and we attract opportunities. And the clearer we are with our intentions, the more efficient we can be in their unfoldment. Get ready to surprise yourself.
Myriam will share yogic techniques and philosophy to enhance inner clarity that include deep rest and meditation. Kathy will introduce the tools of reflective writing, and its benefits. Join us and experience the meditative joy of guided writing. Learn how to find authentic truth and release rumination through journaling.
There will be time to write, share, and listen to the present moment experience of others.
Wear comfortable layers. Bring your journal and pen, your yoga mat and bolster/blanket if you have them. We will have a few extras to share.
No experience necessary. This will be a small group of 8 participants. Reservations a must.

Kathy Bosch is so colourful. As a mom, a speaker, a workshop facilitator she is passionate about learning and growing and allowing the authentic self to come forward. Trained in Social Work, she currently works in the school district with children and youth with unique challenges. She loves being in nature, travelling, biking and dancing and welcomes new experiences. Throughout many years of challenges reflective writing has been her safe place and saving grace.
Myriam Webb, MA, E-RYT, helps busy minds tap into their natural genius through deep rest. She leads workshops in Canada and the USA, and coaches private clients online. She believes in the power of the relaxation response and in cultivating a playful relationship to stress. Her coaching and teaching draw from modern science and ancient yogic techniques.
Myriam is known for her clear, compassionate, and relatable teaching style. She is currently experimenting with ways to make resting practices more accessible and practical.
