Stress is perceived as a big problem, but it doesn’t have to be. Current research shows that stress may in fact have beneficial impacts on our learning power, our recovery from traumatic events, and our courage to care for each other.
This 3-hour workshop will offer new insights and opportunities to explore your mindset about stress. The second half of this workshop will consist of an extended Restorative Yoga practice during which Myriam will explain the physiological effects of poses related to stress.
This workshop is especially relevant for you if you are experiencing lots of stress in your daily life, you are recovering from adrenal fatigue, or you are avoiding certain activities or projects because “they are too stressful.”
